Kids and wineries are two words that you’d rarely put in the same sentence together. Yet, wineries in McLaren Vale & Fleurieu Coast are realising that kids can be just as welcome as Mum and Dad.
Many cellar doors now feature indoor and outdoor activities to keep kids entertained along with kid-friendly meals as well.
And if the kids are still a bit restless, there are plenty of parks where they can burn off even more energy including Jubilee Park at Port Noarlunga with a giant wooden fort, and Thalassa Park in Aberfoyle Park with its story book walk. Or for something a bit different, Gemmel Tassie Reserve in McLaren Vale has a huge army tank and features Magical Park, an Augmented Reality Space.
