Cancellation policy
We understand things change and try to be as flexible as we can be. However our policy is as follows;
Days – 24 Hours – 50% of Fare
Within 24 Hours – 100% of Fare
If you fail to join a tour join it after departure or leave it prior to its completion no refund can be made. The above cancellation fees are in addition to fees which may be levied by travel agents or third-party tour and transport operator cancellation fees. It is necessary to reconfirm tours 48 hours prior to travel – failure to do so may result in the booking being cancelled and fees charged.
Warranties & refunds: In the unlikely event that Spirit of the Fleurieu Tours are unable to deliver a product due to uncontrollable circumstances including but not limited to natural disasters weather extremes seasonal conditions or cultural activities; Spirit of the Fleurieu Tours will endeavour to deliver the product at an alternate date subject to availability but will not be held liable for any other costs. If no alternate date is available Spirit of the Fleurieu Tours will refund 90% of the product booked.
Last minute reduction in group numbers or no shows on the day will incur the same cancellation fees.
