The second event in the Seafood Series will see McLaren Vale Hotel collaborate with their friends from Peel St Restaurant. Chefs Philip Helyard and Jett Presepio will bring Peel St Restaurant's signature style to the vale. Collaborating with the McLaren Vale Hotel team to create unique dishes, featuring the evening's hero product; Port Lincoln Blue Fin Tuna. This four-course seafood spectacular will be expertly paired with stunning Chalk Hill wines, selected by Sommelier Dan McEvoy.
