Bott's Beach Retreat is a fully self contained house that can sleep up to 8-10 people maximum 6 adults in a quiet location overlooking a reserve and the sea beyond. The home is fully furnished you can keep everyone entertained with the pool table, table tennis and the backyard is child friendly enclosed.
Bott's Beach Retreat has been rented out as a holiday home since 2002. We are a 3 bedroom house that is fully self contained with continental breakfast provisions provided as well as all linen and towels provided.

No smoking allowed indoors. No pets allowed. Cancellation policy - - if unable to obtain another booking then deposit paid can be used towards another date or there will be a reduction of deposit refund of up to 50% depending on when booking cancelled and if we are able to obtain another booking then a $50 admin fee will only be applicable. $300 bond
