This winter, Yangarra Estate Vineyard invites guests to a feast celebrating the wild and wonderful flavours of the season.
Across two long lunches in August, acclaimed South Australian chefs Kane Pollard (PLACE Dining, 2 August) and Karena Armstrong (The Salopian Inn, 30 August) will each craft a bespoke menu showcasing sustainably sourced, seasonal produce and wild alternative meats- including wild boar venison and kangaroo - developed in partnership with Australian Meats.
Held on Yangarra's certified organic and biodynamic estate in Blewitt Springs, the Wild Winter Lunch Series offers a rare opportunity to experience the creativity of two of the state's leading chefs alongside estate-grown wines.
An invitation to slow down, warm up, and savour bold, local, and sustainable food and wine in the heart of McLaren Vale. Tickets include a 3 course lunch and paired wines.
