Aphelion's highly awarded winemaker Rob Mack is your host for this leisurely and unpretentious tasting. No sharing either – it is exclusively for one group at a time. Feel free to bring a picnic to enjoy after.

What to know before your arrival:
Tasting is at a Blewitt Springs vineyard.
There are no toilet facilities.
Dress for the weather.
Allow one hour for your tasting.
Includes filtered water.
Drink well - not to excess.
In adverse weather, your experience will be rescheduled or transferred by the organiser.

Craft your ideal platter from their "make your own platter" station full of local delights, perfect savoured with a glass or bottle on our lawns or on the tasting deck (if available).
