Immerse yourself in popular wineries, including unique stops for art enthusiasts, such as the iconic D'Arenberg Cube, and Hardy's Fleurieu Arthouse. Journey into the historical village of Willunga too!
McLaren Vale Food and Beverage Tour
If wine and art aren't your focal points, opt for this itinerary, which ventures out to the back of McLaren Flat. Explore McCarthy's Orchard, cultivating 13 different types of produce, and discover additional gems like the Vale Taphouse, Never Never Distilling, and Ginny Pig!
Tours
Explore McLaren Vale at your own pace on this relaxed self-guided e-bike tour, available daily. The route blends quiet bike paths with back roads that climb high into the vale, rewarding riders with sweeping views out to the ocean. With the e-bike doing the hard work, there's plenty of energy left for great wine, local food and a few sweet surprises.
Collect bikes from Serafino at 9:30am and set off for the Willunga General Store for morning tea and a browse of local produce. Next stop is Samson Tall for a wine tasting, followed by lunch and a gin or drink of choice at Never Never Distilling. In the afternoon, explore the d'Arenberg Cube and its art collections, then call into the Menz FruChocs Shop for a sweet treat before returning to Serafino.
The 25km tour runs from 9:30am to 3:30pm and includes e-bike, helmet, pannier bag, lock, map and itinerary, wine tasting, and lunch with a drink. Minimum rider height is 150cm.
