Their self-designed and constructed tasting space draws from Zen influenced design. Thoughtful emptiness, asymmetry, and imperfection (wabi-sabi) serve to cultivate serenity, along with rustic concrete floors, industrial fittings and natural timber walls. The feature wall of charred shou sugi ban timber surrounding combustion wood fire celebrates their love for natural materials that bring softness and harmonise with the environment.

A tranquil setting that embraces the play of light and shadow, enhancing the sensory journey and immersive experience as you discover their wines whilst discovering the inspiration behind their journey and story behind every wine.
