Overview
An incredible day of relaxation and connection, hosted by long-time Hastwell & Lightfoot Small Batch Society member, Kate Ringvall, of TranquilOT. Kate is a qualified yoga teacher and occupational therapist who possesses a deep enthusiasm for wine and a passion for well-being.
During this special event, Kate will guide you through a restorative yoga session at the Hastwell & Ligthfoot cellar door, set amongst the vines. Afterwards, enjoy a generous platter lunch and mindful wine tasting curated by the team at Hastwell & Lightfoot — a perfect pairing of movement, mindfulness, and small-batch magic.
Spaces are limited — unwind, sip, and savour the moment.
10:15 am arrival for 10:30 am start. Ticket includes 1 hour of restorative yoga followed by a guided wine tasting and shared lunch. Expected end time around 1:30 pm.
