Wine Essentials: 3-Hour Wine Tasting Course (February)
The world of wine and wine tasting doesn't have to be intimidating. This class is ideal for those new to wine, and for those who would like to gain confidence tackling wine shop selections and restaurant wine lists.
The session will begin with an aroma and palate training exercise, followed by an introduction to viticulture and winemaking fundamentals. We'll familiarise you to Australian wine regions, styles and varieties then focus on tasting techniques and vocabulary so you can understand what it is you are tasting and be able to express yourself. You will enjoy a number of popular styles of wine from different regions and have fun learning in a relaxed environment.
