Sharing their incredible space atop a hill with Never Never Distillery and Chalk Hill Wines, Cucina de Stradi is the home of the hand-pressed Pinsa in McLaren Vale.

A mouth-watering hybrid of pizza and focaccia with a fluffy, cloud-like base, their range of freshly wood-fired pinsas - with toppings like rosemary & garlic, eggplant & mushrooms, or salami & cheese - truly are delicious.

But it’s not just pinsa you’ll find on the menu. Why not start your visit off with a shared platter, packed full of regional delights like cured meats, cheese and olives, or be tempted by some traditional meatballs, fried mozzarella sticks or arancini - the perfect accompaniment to a glass of wine, cold beer or a refreshing gin cocktail.

And to round out the visit, it’s a must to finish off with one of their locally made, Mediterranean-inspired sweets like cannoli, sfoglitelli or rum baba alongside a cup of barista-made coffee.
