It's this 'flavour first' mentality that allows them to make the very best gin possible - because better gin makes better drinks.
The Premium Gin Masterclass offers you a fully-hosted opportunity to spend time with one of Never Never's gin experts. Starting with a welcome gin and tonic while you take a brief tour of the expansive lawns and learn about Never Never's brand history, you'll then go behind the scenes of the production facility for a seated session to learn about how Never Never creates its award-winning products.
This is followed by an intimate and detailed tasting of Never Never's core range of products (including some of our seasonal and limited releases) and finishing with an indulgent cocktail of your choice made by their skilled bar team - plus every guest takes home a goody bag packed with Never Never treats!

Step into Spring Juniper Domes at Never Never
Step Into Spring at Never Never launches a new season of gin tasting experiences in McLaren Vale. Each experience celebrates their bold flavours and award-winning gins, while giving visitors the chance to learn more from Never Never's team of gin experts.
The highlight of the season is the arrival of the Juniper Domes, appearing for the very first time at the Never Never distillery door. For eight weeks only, from mid-September to mid-November, guests can book these striking pop-ups set across the lawn with sweeping views of McLaren Vale. Each dome seats up to eight people and offers a private space to relax in the spring sunshine, complete with ring-for-gin service and personal speakers to set the mood.
From guided tastings to casual cocktails, the Juniper Domes offer an unforgettable way to Step Into Spring at Never Never.
Juniper, Grape & Grain at Chalk Hill
Located in beautiful McLaren Vale, Chalk Hill is home to three separate South Australian businesses that produce world-class gin, small-batch wines, and Italian Street food. Book 'Juniper, Grape & Grain' to enjoy the very best of the incredible produce that they are famous for!
You'll start at Chalk Hill Wines to enjoy their personalised Cellar Door experience. With the guidance of their knowledgeable team taste your way through a carefully curated selection of award-winning Chalk Hill and Alpha Crucis wines.
From there you'll drop by Cucina di Strada where the friendly team will help you select a delicious hand-pressed Pinsa. Topped with their 'made-by-hand-to-a-secret-family-recipe' house sauce, and using fresh ingredients to showcase their spectacular signature dish, this is an Italian street food dish steeped in history and made with passion.
Your last stop of the day, mere metres away from where you started, will be at Never Never Distilling Co. with one of their talented gin experts.
