We may be a little biased, but how tranquil does a solid brick homestead, just bursting with character, set on more than 1300 leafy square meters sound? Paradise? We know!

Every room gets a view of your lush setting, while 10ft timber ceilings and abundance of natural light create an incredible feeling of space. Slate floors, a slow combustion heater, chequerboard floor and lime-washed details take you back to a time that once was. But come summer you'll appreciate the modern convenience of a split system, ceiling fans.

The expansive living and dining area is a great spot for everyone to gather. Plus, you'll never have too many cooks in this kitchen! There are also a few spots perfect for enjoying some of that much needed downtime (alone). Sipping your morning coffee on the verandah, overlooking front garden – which is home to many a feathered and furry local – does it get any better?

Four large bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 10. Each with a ceiling fan, clothing storage and a picturesque view. The bathroom is also a generous size and there is even a view from the bathtub.
