A fully equipped kitchen with views of beach, jetty and reef. Kitchen includes oven, cook top, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, various electrical goods, crockery, cutlery and glasses.
The three living areas create plenty of space and choice of activities for guests. The upstairs living area has amazing views of beach, jetty and reef, and views of the south coast, red ochre cliffs and the Adelaide Hills. Reverse cycle heating and cooling, and a gas heater. Large screen smart television, NETFLIX - FREE UNLIMITED Wi-FI This area has comfortable seating, desk, a small library of books with special interest and a telescope to use from the balcony with amazing views of the coast and night sky. The downstairs dining/living has reverse cycle aisconditioning and gas heating and adjoins the main large dining room. This area purposely has no television great for long conversations at the large table , singing around the piano or fun playing games together. This area has a large dining table seating twelve and lounging chairs and sofa to enjoy the views of the reef and jetty. Walk through the sliding door to the front yard and entertainment and gate to the beach. Bedroom 5 the Queen Studio has a small lounge with tv. The lounge converts into a double sofa couch. The studio also has dining table and chairs for 4 guests and great views of the reef and jetty and has reverse cycle

WATERFRONT Port Noarlunga Accommodation was visited by the 19 staff and volunteers from Mclaren Vale Visitor information Centre. Everyone had an enjoyable visit and were informed of the activities available at Port Noarlunga. Light refreshments were served.

If Covid-19 Restrictions prevent guests from commencing their stay a full refund less any commissions paid to agents will be refunded
For all other reasons for cancellation the following will apply.
30 or more days notice by email of a cancellation guests will be charged $200 and refunded the balance.
14-29 days notice of cancellation by email will be receive a 50% refund
14 days or less notice of cancellation by email will forfeit the full amount.
