A part of the Fleurieu Food Festival for an immersive, playful and interactive dessert degustation that explores flavour, texture and temperature across six courses with six matched beverages.

Anvers Wines Executive Chef Connor Bishop will be preparing a secret progressive menu featuring desserts that bring the best of local ingredients to life, all with a dash of creativity and a sprinkle of native Australian ingredients.
