Created in collaboration by Harry's Deli Head Chef Taiaha and Chief Winemaker Emma Wood, this seasonal pairing celebrates the release of the 2025 The Absconder Grenache – Wirra Wirra's finest expression of old-vine McLaren Vale Grenache.

Guests will enjoy a signature Duck Wellington, featuring rich layers of confit duck, mushroom, prosciutto and thyme, complemented by a velvety Worcestershire cream sauce. Thoughtfully crafted to enhance the wine's vibrant fruit, savoury complexity and elegant structure, the dish showcases the harmony that can be achieved when food and wine are made for each other.

Served with a glass of 2025 The Absconder Grenache, this is a meeting of Wirra Wirra's culinary and winemaking craft, celebrating McLaren Vale Grenache in its element.
