Discover how your senses shape the way you experience food and wine through a series of tastings designed to reveal the science behind taste perception.
The tasting will begin by exploring the basic tastes and how they influence the way food and wine is experienced. This will be followed by a pairing exercise designed to show you the blueprint for successful food and wine matches.
Finally, you'll be led through a tasting of Juxtaposed's Single Vineyard Grenaches, matched with a few delicious nibbles.
